Splendour In The Grass is an annual music festival previously held in July or August at the Belongil Fields, outside Byron Bay, however the festival is currently being held at Woodford QLD and efforts are being made to hold future festivals at North Byron Shire Parklands.
This festival revals the blues fest in terms of audience numbers and artist calibre.
The festival accommodates 17,500 people per day, with 2,500 having secured camping permits outside the gates for the duration of the festival. These numbers will increase greatly at the new venue.
